The other is FAITH in order to survive. And the other is COURAGE to have the guts to live. Don't think about suicide because it is just a false door open, when you close that door there is no way to go back in life. Yes that life that God gave you as a gift. Don't throw in God's face His gift. Sometimes in life we see everything dark but always we can find a way to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you want your rights back you have to fight. Life is a struggle, is a little battle everyday, maybe we lose some but that doesn't mean that we have lost the war. Help comes from you, not from doctors or counselors, an army of people will try to help you but if you don't put a little from you the rest is wasted. Will power comes from us not from the people. Sometimes we need to go deep down in order to get out of the ocean of madness and to learn a important lesson that is how to survive in life. Be with God and always think that He's there for you, the problem is that you don't see Him in your heart. God bless you and keep trying.
