  1. Personally, I would say you're best off getting one from MedicAlert. The service they can provide is worth the extra price and the wait to get. You won't get any of that with the kind of products they sell in drug stores, etc. I've had a MedicAlert tag for fifteen years, and wouldn't use anything else.
